Well the boom of the housing market is now gone.  Many people made a lot of money.And of course there were a lot of people who also lost money.  During the housing boom builders were making beautiful homes all over the place.I am positive you probably went through a few of those model homes yourself.Extremely nice furniture were located in the homes. Nice upgrads such as carpet and tile flooring.During the boom of the housing market if people looked at a model and loved it, they went and bought it.  Now with the burst of the housing bubble, that is not possible.
